Experience:

• Over 50 years of dedicated experience in the football industry.
• Initiated the journey as a player at the young age of 7 with Hoofdklasser RCH from Heemstede. Continued the playing career until the age of 25, with subsequent stints of 4 years at Hoofdklasser Quick Boys and 3 years at Hoofdklasser Rijnsburgse Boys.
• Achieved the prestigious title of Netherlands Champion twice, first with RCH in 1988 and later with Quick Boys in 1991.
• Primarily played as the right center defender for most of the games during my tenure, spending 3 years with RCH. Additionally, for one year with RCH, played as the most defensive midfielder, holding the position 6.
• Transitioned into a coaching career spanning over 20 years, starting in 1996 with Quick Boys 3, Rijnsburgse Boys 2, and subsequently serving as head coach for RCH (2000-2004), HBC (2 years), VSV, SV Hillegom, DSS, RCH, and DSS.
• Since September 2019, served as a scout with Quick Boys for a period of 2 years. In December 2021, began working as a scout for The Scouting Company, contributing valuable insights and expertise to player recruitment and analysis.
