- Transitioned to coaching young talented players at the ‘Piet van de Kuil’ Soccer Academy from 2013 to 2020, contributing expertise and guidance to budding talents.
- Recruited by AZ Alkmaar in 2018 to serve as a youth scout, where the role has continued, contributing to the identification and nurturing of promising young players.
