HOW TO USE OUR SYSTEM

🧍‍♂️ REQUEST PLAYER

If there is no report available in our database for a specific player, you can use the “Request Player” feature.

🔧 How does it work?

  1. Go to the Request Player section in the main menu.

  2. Fill out the request form with the following details:

    • Player’s full name

    • Position

    • Any additional information (e.g. age, league, reason for request)

  3. Click on Send.

📩 What happens next?

Once submitted, your request will be sent directly to our scouting team.
You will receive the player’s report as soon as possible, either via email or directly in your account dashboard.

🔍 ADVANCED SEARCH

The Advanced Search feature allows you to quickly and accurately find players that match your client’s specific needs.
For example, you can search for a fast left-back under 23 years old playing in the Dutch Eredivisie.

🛠️ How to use it:

  1. Go to the Advanced Search section in the main menu.

  2. Apply filters such as:

    • Age

    • Position

    • League

    • Height

    • Preferred foot

    • Speed

    • Present Level / Future Level

    • Average Performance Rating

  3. Click Search.

📈 Viewing the results:

Once the search is complete,
a list of matching players will be shown.
From there, you can open individual scouting reports, download them, or share them with your clients.

🚨 PLAYER ALERT

When a club urgently needs a player for a specific position — for example, position number 5 (central defender) due to an injury — they can submit a Player Alert request to The Scouting Company (TSC).

🔧 How does it work?

  1. The club contacts TSC and requests a Player Alert for a specific position.

  2. Our 24 scouts, who are spread across Europe, will prioritize observing and reporting on that position during every match they attend.

  3. For each match, the scout will write a report on the player occupying the requested position — from both teams.

📊 What does the club receive?

Thanks to the Player Alert, the club will quickly receive a high volume of detailed scouting reports, all focused on the specific position they’re looking to fill.

This ensures fast, well-informed decision-making in urgent situations.
