Experience:
- Engaged in scouting roles since 1986 for a diverse array of teams, including FA Morocco, Newcastle United, NAC, Willem II, VVV, Fortuna, De Graafschap, and MVV.
- Held the position of Head Scout at FC Dordrecht and VVV, contributing expertise in scouting and player recruitment strategies.
- Served as an Assistant Coach at FC Dordrecht and VVV, supporting the coaching staff with insights and tactical contributions.
- Took on the responsibility of Head of Youth Academy at FC Dordrecht and VVV, overseeing the development and nurturing of young talents within the clubs’ youth systems.
